How To Prepare With Chicken Broth

Ingredients You’ll Need:

* 1 Premium Soup Pack
* 2 slices of fresh ginger
* 10–12 cups of chicken broth

Cooking Instructions:

1. RINSE
Rinse all soup pack ingredients with warm water.

2. SIMMER
Combine soup ingredients, ginger, and broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1.5 hours, adding more liquid as needed.

3. FINISH
Add salt to taste. Serve hot!

How To Prepare With Mushroom Broth

Ingredients You’ll Need:

* 10 dried shiitake mushrooms
* 1 Premium Soup Pack
* 2 slices of fresh ginger
* 10-12 cups of cold water

Cooking Instructions:

1. SOAK
Rinse the fish maw and shiitake mushrooms briefly, then soak them in warm water for about 30 minutes until softened. Drain the liquid.

2. RINSE
Rinse the rest of the soup pack ingredients with warm water.

3. SIMMER
Combine all above ingredients with ginger and cold water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1.5 hours, adding more liquid as needed.

4. FINISH
Add salt to taste. Serve hot!
