SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship to most locations in Canada and continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time, but sign up for our mailing list to stay up to date with our new shipping policy.How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. The estimated delivery time is determined based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange only for items damaged in transit at our discretion.How do I make a return request?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the order at rootspantryca@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to the address provided. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
