At Roots Pantry, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We offer shipping services within Canada for our dried products.
*We currently ship our dried goods across Canada. Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders where the total after discounts (before tax) is CAD $75 or more.
For orders below that amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

| Shipping Timeframes | Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days. Please note that the estimated delivery time is determined based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. |
| Shipping Charges | We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada that meet or exceed $75 CAD pre-tax (after applicable discounts and before taxes). For orders below these thresholds, a flat shipping rate will be applied during checkout. Exact shipping charges will be displayed at the time of purchase. |
| Order Tracking | Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. |
| Delivery Address | It is essential to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. |
| Delivery Issues | In the unlikely event of any delivery issues, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. |

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange only for items damaged in transit at our discretion.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the order at RootsPantryCa@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to the address provided. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
